    discretion. This may occur if we identify pricing errors, stock shortages, or other unforeseen
    issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
  • Notification and Refund: In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full
    refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • General Items: Refunds are eligible for items that are returned in their original, unused
    condition, with all packaging and accessories included, within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Services: For services, refunds may be requested if the service has not been initiated or
    completed.
  • Heat Pumps:
  • Uninstalled and Unopened: Heat pumps can be returned if they remain unopened and
    have not been installed.
  • Installed or Opened: Once a heat pump has been installed or its packaging has been
    opened, it is non-returnable due to the nature of the product and installation
    requirements.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders or items made to your specifications are non-refundable
    unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible
    for a refund.
  • Heat Pumps: Specifically, heat pumps are non-refundable once they have been
    installed or if their packaging has been opened.

2.3 Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Reporting: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days
    of receiving your order.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping
    costs incurred.

2.4 Refund Process:

  • Initiation: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order
    details.
  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
    approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a
